Develop and drive Receivables product strategy in line with the overall GTS business strategy
Monitor new market trends through regular exchange with market participants including seeking proactive feedback from sales & clients
Ensure continuous relevance of existing solutions to clients and co-ordinate with sales to enhance the same based on changing market environment
Perform market intelligence on competitor offering / initiatives on an ongoing basis
Explore the most cost-effective solution including Partner Bank and or 3rd party vendors
Serve as product capabilities expert across the region leading the growth of Receivables product
Work with and drive TSOs / Bankers towards a profitable and balanced growth in line with the Receivables product strategy
Responsible for commercialization of existing receivables products across the region and achieving the P&L target including revenue, cost and margins
Preparing and maintaining sales collaterals including value proposition, FAQ, training material, product demo etc.
Review of the product risk on a regular basis and mitigate the same to ensure "Satisfactory" audit ratings
Monitor production incidents including impact on clients and ensure prompt diagnosis and implementation of agreed solution
Identify new product development ideas and provide clear business case for investment
Defining / validating the business requirements in coordination with key stakeholders including sales, in-country teams, SFO, tech etc.
Co-ordinate and ensure necessary approval including NBIA for new product launches
Co-ordinate with in-country, regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects within agreed cost budgets and timelines
Designing and documenting the implementation process including process flow, legal documentation, user guides, training kits etc.
Minimum 10 years work experience with 5 years in managing P&R product
Strong knowledge / experience of working across the transaction banking space in APAC
Proven strategic and analytical abilities
Relevant experience in managing large projects across the region including commercialization
Experience of working in Operations / Implementation / Service will be an advantage
