Evaluate PSAV’s employee compensation and benefit programs and provide recommendations that support continued plan and process improvement. Creatively solve problems and view challenges as opportunities to enhance technical skills. Bring a strong sense of ownership to any assigned project and deliver high-quality results. Model new and existing incentive plans, perform key incentive performance analyses, develop processes for managing exceptions, and assist on special projects. Maintain and communicate a total rewards system that is internally equitable and externally competitive by evaluating jobs in terms of their relative contributions to the organization’s objectives and relative to the industry and local competitive market. The Total Rewards Senior Analyst will report to the Director of Total Rewards.
Key Job Responsibilities
Compensation Plan Administration
Administer PSAV’s compensation philosophy, policies, processes and programs. Conduct job evaluations to ensure job descriptions are thorough and consistent with PSAV guidelines and assign them to appropriate grade and salary levels based on external and internal worth. Actively participate in designing and modeling incentive plans and provide recommendations based on modeling analysis. Update existing incentive plans, ensure plan accuracy and distribute plan documents to plan participants. Respond to queries from cross-functional partners regarding incentive plans and their payouts. Responsible for the administration of the company’s incentive plans, which include: Utilize the HRIS to determine and provide participant eligibility lists to Finance, Work with payroll to ensure incentives are paid timely, Distribute incentive payments and statements to plan participants, and Answer questions regarding incentive calculations and eligibility. Perform or validate monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation, validation and payment of incentive compensation plan components and commissions.
Total Rewards Analysis
Assist in analyzing PSAV’s base pay and benefit plans in the context of total compensation to identify competitiveness. Prepare reports regarding compensation and benefit information for analyses and information requests. Assist with financial benefits analysis and special projects. Provide financial analysis total reward programs, including preparing financial exhibits. Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly dashboards and reports on quota and earnings performance for senior leadership. Perform analyses to inform potential plan improvements and design changes. Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics.
May assist with benefit enrollment support and conduct other benefit plan analyses. Educate Human Resources, Management and Team Members about compensation philosophy and programs. Support ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership including, but not limited to: quarterly projection files, financial accruals, compensation metrics and trends, etc. Protect company proprietary and maintain confidential information at all times.
