Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC) is an integrated health system that consists of the Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, a 99-bed community hospital, the Centers for Living & Rehabilitation, a 150-bed nursing facility, the Southwestern Vermont Regional Cancer Center, a full-service cancer center with access to clinical trials approved by the National Cancer Institute and multiple primary care and outpatient facilities throughout the region.
We are currently seeking a primary care physician and nurse practitioner to serve as the primary providers for residents of our Centers for Living & Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vermont. These roles will be mostly direct patient care and will interact directly with family members as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, therapists and administrative staff. These positions also have desirable call, a competitive salary and relocation assistance.
Our provider group is also part of the broader Dartmouth-Hitchcock system. Through the Dartmouth-Hitchcock affiliation, providers have better access to the tools they need, and patients have better access to specialists, programs like genetic counseling and clinical trials, technological innovation, and more.
