Assist Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory customers to setup Multi Factor Authentication - One Time Passwords
This position will work as-needed/casual. Up to 27 hours per week. Work can be spread out throughout year, <987 hours per year.
The next version of Exchange will require MFA to access email off of the Hopkins network. We currently have 20K users setup with MFA - One Time Passwords. We have approximately 50-60K staff members that will need MFA. I estimate we will need to get 30-40K staff members set up with MFA - One Time Passwords.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required. One year related experience required. Two years of college coursework preferred. Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience.)
Required knowledge and Skills:
Must have working knowledge of smart phone technologies and the associated application stores.
Must have working knowledge of iPhones and the Apple app store. Knowledge of Droid devices preferred.
Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Google Authenticator or other time based one-time password technology preferred.
