Supported by an experienced and dynamic team you will be responsible for managing, packaging and submitting a pipeline of variation queries generated by inbound calls, emails and referrals. Ultimately, we want our customers to know that Macquarie is here to support them on their journey to owning their home or developing their investment portfolio through attentive and high quality customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Managing inbound requests from customers regarding technical variations and a range of general consents.
Having a high attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of all applications handled
Being results-oriented and committed to achieving your individual KPIs
Effectively utilising our CRM system to organise and manage your pipeline and record outcomes
Effectively identifying and communicating all leads, cross sells and solutions to other areas of the business
Working effectively in a dynamic team environment

Proven experience in a customer facing role with a strong customer oriented mindset
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of credit policy and processes
