As the name 'Stratevi' suggests, we seamlessly combine Strategy and Evidence. We are a new and exciting firm that partners with biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies to creatively develop and communicate evidence to drive value and ensure optimal access to therapy for patients.
Stratevi is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for great talent with expertise in health economics, outcomes research and market access to join our team. The level of the position is commensurate with your experience. The position can based in either of our creative office spaces in the heart of Santa Monica, CA or Boston, MA and presents a unique opportunity to help shape and be part of a company early in its life. Potential responsibilities include strategic planning, value proposition development, outcomes research study design, modeling, analysis and scientific communication activities.
Who you are
For Director, you have an advanced degree and at least 7 years work experience in HEOR/Market Access or related positions. For Manager, you have either a PhD/PharmD/MD and minimum 2 years HEOR work experience or a Masters and minimum 3 years HEOR work experience.
Your experience includes helping develop product value stories, designing studies, building economic models, conducting retrospective claims analysis, and/or leveraging HEOR data in a market access capacity. It is preferred that you have have experience/expertise in at least one of the following: Excel/VBA, TreeAge, SAS, STATA, SPSS or R. For Director, you have also managed team members.
You also have a strong attention to detail and great communication and interpersonal skills. You bring passion, curiosity and creativity to everything you do. You are eager to work in a flexible, high-growth environment.
