IT Access Management Technician

The IT Access Management Technician has an accommodating, action-driven, patient, and friendly approach to customer service while adhering to security procedures and protocols. She/he works collaboratively and functionally with the Access Management team specializing in providing front line UMassD Logon ID services and support (eg. customer account: activation, claiming, renewals, resets, changes, and lockouts) on the University’s 25,000+ user accounts. Participates in the management of UMassD Logon IDs as a single sign-on mechanism to campus and UMass system-wide applications. Creates, maintains, and manages access to computers, printers, distribution lists, and shared network file services via group policy, active directory security groups, printer groups, and Office 365 One Drive/Sharepoint management resources.
