ServiceMaster is currently recruiting for a 12-24 month Leadership Development Training Program which will include a diverse rotational experience and a fast-track to a human resources leadership position and continued opportunities for growth within the business and the company. ServiceMaster is looking for recent graduate school level students who are self-driven, customer oriented with demonstrated leadership skills. Completion of required paperwork, training, and assignments as needed to satisfy Leadership Development Program requirements
Graduate from an MBA or master's degree program, with specialization or concentration in HR in either Undergraduate or MBA.
GPA 3.0 or above
Prior service industry work / internship experience preferred
Ability to maintain flexible work schedule
Ability to travel and/or relocate anywhere in the U.S.
Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively prepare and present information
Ability to efficiently manage time such that assignments, goals, and objectives are met
Aptitude for leadership positions and human resources management
Ability to take responsibility for decisions and actions
Ability to lead and motivate others
