| This is a newly created role to support, administer and maintain various Treasury technology platforms. This role will support global Treasury operations based in New York, London, Gurgaon and Hong Kong. |
Specifically, the candidate will :
Perform static data entry, review and/or approval in Reval
Learn and maintain Reval and Bank Platform configuration and integration mapping
Lead any periodic maintenance cycles and system upgrades
Become internal subject matter expert and train other team members
Work with Treasury, Accounting and Financial systems users on implementing any additional functionality and testing
Research the causes of any data integrity issues and resolves them independently.
Share key information regarding updates and changes (planned downtime, release information, etc.) to the appropriate stakeholders
Maintain appropriate Business Continuity Plans and execute them as needed
Work with Financial Systems, as needed, to create and maintain security profiles, grants security rights to users, develops maintains a security audit function
Own semi-annual user access review validation process. Perform audit checks to ensure controls working as designed in Reval
Manage various bank platform user access
Provide scheduled and ad-hoc management reports.
Candidate will support global operations and may be required to work non India business hours.
Some weekend hours will be required specifically during month end accounting close, scheduled systems upgrade or maintenance cycles or unscheduled system outages.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant experience in treasury/finance is essential. Master's degree optional.
Hands-on experience with a wide range of technology and vendor systems supporting treasury management, specifically Treasury Management Systems. Reval TMS knowledge is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of Treasury concepts, practices and procedures related to cash, payments, debt and derivatives. Thorough understanding and use of Treasury systems preferred.
Proven ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff and manage work effectively in a team environment, which includes sharing knowledge and resources. Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
Strong attention to detail and expert Excel skills
Customer oriented and quick response time. Ability to work with little oversight
