Reporting to Director of Yale Shared Services, the Business Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing internal KPI development and metrics reporting, external scorecard build and reporting, developing & maintaining costing models for YSS Services, annual benchmarking review, pre/post ROI analysis for all process/unit onboarding projects, resource capacity modeling and ongoing performance monitoring. Employing data analytics to identify areas to target for performance improvement; the Sr. Business & Financial Analyst is responsible for working with the YSS Leadership and Staff and supporting the YSS Team and YSS' department partners in identification of continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations for policy, process and procedure improvements. The position is highly analytical but expected to have a service focus, effectively communicating with and managing the expectations of all stakeholders.
