We are currently recruiting a service orientated Executive Assistant to join our Compliance Team supporting our Banking & Financial Services Group (BFS). This role reports to the Head of Compliance BFS, you will be the main point of contact for the team and the business.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Providing Personal Assistant support to the Head of BFS Compliance; including extensive diary management, travel coordination, special projects and assisting with communications
Report coordination and writing as well as creating presentation slides in preparation for meetings
Expense reconciliation & invoice processing
Contribute to the efficient and effective running of the department, including proactive identification of process efficiencies
Independent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate team events and meetings
Coordinating HR information for recruitment processes & onboarding new starters /exiting leavers and consideration of induction training requirements
Supporting other team members as required, including diary coordination for senior team members
We are seeking a confident, pro-active individual who is passionate about being in a support role and who is wanting an opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.
The successful applicant will:
Have 3+ years' experience and be able to display a confident, proactive and professional manner
Have exceptionally organisational ability and attention to detail
Have proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure
Be capable of understanding risk management concepts
Have the ability to work independently exercising sound judgment
Demonstrate an ability to work in an environment with highly sensitive information
Have a "no task is too big" attitude and flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks
Have the ability to work on their own initiative and be proactive in suggesting process improvements
Effective communication and ability to escalate and take action where necessary
