Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience: Four (4) years experience in a related field.
Supervisory: Two (2) years supervisor, program planning and coordination experience required.

Ability to prioritize ongoing and new projects, as well as conduct research and gather information. Ability to operate current computer systems, including relevant software packages. Ability to prepare and analyze reports. Ability to create and manage a budget. Ability to perform statistical analysis. Ability to network and interact, as well as support effective partnerships with key groups and individuals. Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written thoughts, ideas, and facts. Ability to schedule, train, supervise, assign work to, and evaluate staff. Ability to work cooperatively with others and demonstrates professional, ethical, respectful, and courteous behavior when interacting with others. Skill in demonstrating pleasant and positive interactions with other to meet customer expectations, and provide follow up with customers.
