Casual/On-Call -15 hours/week varies, some evening/weekend
Position will conduct follow-up questionnaire data collection via the phone for subjects enrolled in a large research study cohort and enter data directly into an online questionnaire system (survey monkey.com). Handle phone and fax communication to medical facilities to request medical and pathology records and tissue; tracking and monitoring of data requests. Provide additional supportive activities to ongoing research studies and data collection.
High School Diploma/GED. Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Familiarity of medical terminology a plus. Ability to use computer software such as Word, ACCESS, Excel, SurveyMonkey, REDCap. Must be comfortable with professional phone interaction; detail oriented and able to work independently. Must be willing to work some occasional evening and/or weekend hours.
Some college courses preferred. BS or nursing student preferred with coursework in health sciences. Prior research study data collection preferred but not required.
