As a Caregiver (Direct SupportProfessional, DSP) with REM North Dakota, you'll be one of thoseextraordinary people. This position supports individuals we serve in both residentialand day settings. We seek a compassionate person to successfully provideassistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning,medication administration, and personal care. In this role you will alsofacilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in thecommunity or providing transportation to work or other activities. OurCaregivers also partner with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic andbehavioral plans in place.

Initial Training Requirement--PaidTraining:
Approximately 32 hours of mandatorypaid training sessions offered to new employees prior to providing care toindividuals.
