In this key role, the CEO, Continuing Care will provide leadership for a large, diverse group of facilities, programs and services serving nearly 55,000 individuals per year. St. Peter’s Continuing Care Division has a total of approximately 3,400 employees and annual operating revenue of over $295 million.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, confident, and engaging executive. He/she will demonstrate strong advocacy for continuing care services as a vital element of an effective community-focused health care system, and a strong commitment to providing high quality care and services to elders and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic and critical-thinking skills, as well as an ability to effectively prioritize and manage resources. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of ten years of management experience necessary, including five years or more in a senior leadership role, gained within a sizeable, complex healthcare or human services organization. For-profit experience a plus.
