QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must possess a high school or equivalency diploma and have a minimum of three years of experience performing office/clerical work, two years of which must have included the use of computer applications to maintain automated records or produce correspondence, spreadsheets, forms, reports or other documents. S/he must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have the ability to effectively multi-task. *This is a Civil Service position. All candidates will be required to take and pass the Civil Service Exam, including the Spanish language portion(s) of the exam, before being eligible for appointment.*
POSITION EFFECTIVE: The position will remain open until filled.
SALARY & BENEFITS: The starting salary is $39,500 plus excellent benefits. This position is fully grant funded.
