The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support a wide range of data needs for the Facilities Finance group specifically and the Facilities Management Division in general. The function of the Senior Business Systems Analyst is to understand data needs, drive requirements, propose solutions, and manage the delivery of multiple projects and integrations between various systems. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be involved in projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that system integrations, reports, and dashboards are producing relevant data, which can be used by Divisional Executives to use for global planning and financial status of construction projects and operation. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will drive software development efforts spanning multiple business units and departments. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Unifier Analyst/Programmer and will report directly to the Manager of Finance/Systems, and in his/her absence will assist the Construction Controller with those functions.
- Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with java web programming experience/Reporting /ETL toolsets.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with relational database management system such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL; certified Database Administrator (DBA) is a plus.
- IT Project management and agile software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with web front-end frameworks including Bootstrap.
