Based in Alter Domus London office with frequent communication and regular travel to client locations;
Lead and direct revenue growth, clients' attraction and clients' request on UK and EMEA markets for Alter Domus: Primarily Western and Eastern Europe, and Middle Eastern locations;
Generate €750k of new sales contract value in year 1 (pro rata), rising to €1M in year 2;
Be the contact point for new clients in these territories and existing clients where agreed and appropriate;
Have overall responsibility selling Alter Domus products and services to potential clients within financial institutions, corporates, private wealth management firms, law firms, accountancy firms, fund managers etc for their overseas entities; with a particular focus on firms with service needs in locations such as Malta, Netherlands, Cyprus and Mauritius where we see significant demand and opportunity for further expansion.
Be the prime contact with business feeders (corporate lawyer companies, big 4 accountancies, tax advisors and financial professional) within the market place, in relation to the allocated territory.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Represent the Alter Domus group and related activities overall in the allocated territories;
Work with colleagues to define target contact and prospects within the priority locations and business sectors described above;
Visit/market the activities of the group to prospects and to business feeders (lawyers/tax experts/big four companies) in the territory by direct contact, so as to increase the pipeline of new opportunities;
Visiting existing clients, where required and agreed with the appropriate Alter Domus engagement leader. The engagement leader is responsible for defining the objectives of these visits;
Attend conferences to develop contacts with prospects and business feeders (lawyers/tax experts, etc.);
Access to the pricing policy generally applicable by Alter Domus. The Business Development Director is authorized to provide such pricing to prospects/clients;
Review business trends to anticipate clients' needs or expectations;
Make presentations in the Financial Industry to explain the Alter Domus business and to inform potential key business feeders on opportunities to structure business outside their jurisdiction;
Work with internal sales and operations specialists to ensure that all fee proposals are internally agreed prior to release.
Ability to pro-actively engage with senior target client business heads, to align AD with their businesses and needs, resulting in sales pipeline development;
Ability to strongly differentiate AD capabilities against competitive offerings;
Understanding and use of sales strategies and methodology for building pipeline and deal strategy to win deals;
Track record in leading a sales & relationship management function using cutting edge CRM techniques;
Demonstrated ability to target and sell in multi-product / multi-cultural / multi-jurisdiction environment;
