- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field is required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with the senior citizens population.
- Experience planning, organizing, and executing events.
- Experience recruiting group leaders for club, events, and activities.
- Experience recruiting and supervising volunteers.
- Experience planning and monitoring a budget.
Part-time, 25 hours a week, 10 month state funded with benefits, MCCC union position.
Supervisor: Reports directly to the Director of Community Education
Anticipated Start Date: July 2017
Salary: $50,954 - $56,333, Grade 4, yearly commensurate with education and experience in conjunction with MCCC classification study. (Please note this salary range is based on full-time hours. The salary will be reduced to accommodate a part-time schedule.)
