Responsible for providing quality rehabilitative Occupational Therapy to patients by the use of assessment and treatment to develop, recover, or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with a physical, mental, or cognitive disorder. And to promote excellent customer service while adhering to state and federal standards
Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist), preferably in Home Care settings.
Has completed successfully the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association or is licensed by another state.
Valid, current Colorado Driverâ??s license.
Access to a reliable automobile.
