We are currently looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our Human Resources department in our Winnipeg office. The Human Resources Department is responsible for effective recruiting, corporate training and development, human resource policy development and administration, performance management systems, compensation research, organizational effectiveness, benefit programs and payroll functions.
The Learning Coordinator is responsible for providing site administrator and systems management support for the Investors Group Employee Development Learning Center (the corporation’s learning management system) and all of its associated systems and vendor relationships. The Learning Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the Corporation’s employee development offerings across the country and administering the employee development policy.
Design, develop and administer the corporate learning management system
Consult with clients to analyze needs and (re)design, (re)develop and build/improve learning management system access 'portals’
Support the development of an annual career learning and development catalogue for Winnipeg and Quebec offices and the development of all catalogue marketing and communications
Support the development, testing and delivery of online learning experiences
Prepare budgeting reports, scorecards and process program fees
Administer and provide support to employees using the Investors Group Learning Centre and associated online learning systems.
Coordinate training event logistics and work with vendors to ensure effective delivery across Winnipeg and Quebec offices and virtual classroom sites
4+ years experience providing front line customer service
Bilingual – well developed written and verbal English/French language skills to support both Winnipeg and Quebec office employees is required
You have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to juggle priorities in a busy changing office environment
Experience with online learning and communication systems (Learning Management Systems, Webex, SharePoint, Coursera, Adobe Connect, etc) an asset
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
