Job Title: Coordinator, ADA Compliance and Testing Center, Belleville

Reports to: Director, Academic Success and Retention
The ADA Compliance Coordinator and Testing Center Coordinator plans, directs and oversees the administration of all programs and services at the Belleville Campus ensuring compliance with ADA and provides leadership and consultation in promoting access and equity for persons with disabilities. Additionally, this position oversees, coordinates, and communicates all alternative testing services on campus.
Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)
A master’s degree in educational psychology, special education, or a related field is required.
A minimum of three years of experience in a college-level student support service serving students with disabilities is required.
This position must have the ability to interpret medical and diagnostic reports and draw service implications from the reports.
This position must be familiar with Individual Educational Plans and 504 Plans and be able to interpret and apply the information.

Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Must be able to effectively use general office software, particularly Excel.
Must be self-motivated and able to problem solve efficiently and quickly.
