Substantial experience working with contractual language, including the drafting, revising, and analysis of the same. Broad understanding and experience structuring, providing business counsel, and drafting complex procurement agreements ranging from commodities to equipment to information technology.

Education and/or Experience: Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working in a corporate legal department practicing corporate law as in-house counsel and/or in private practice. 7 – 10 years of experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: License to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. If the candidate is not licensed to practice in Wisconsin, then promptly after being hired, he or she must become a member of the Wisconsin bar through reciprocity, or by passing the Wisconsin bar exam.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual will have knowledge of internet based legal software solutions; spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software, Adobe Acrobat and pertinent document retention and database software.
Oral Presentation and Written Communication: A well-developed skill set allowing for direct revisions and drafting of contractual documents with minimal supervision. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
