Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent and completed a rotating internship in medicine and surgery or its equivalent post-graduate experience is preferred. Candidates should have successfully completed the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) or its equivalent.
Certification in acupuncture and/or rehabilitation is preferred and strongly recommended, ideally to be completed prior to or within the first 3 months of the program start.
Special or Physical Qualifications:
Per PS-18, employee may be required to report to campus in times of emergency and/or closure.
Required to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Due to the nature of the position and/or position responsibilities, this position shall be subject to drug/alcohol testing in accordance with University Policy Statement 67.
