Senior Compensation Analyst – Human Resources We value our team and all the effort they put in to delivering excellent patient care. Help us continue effective compensation practices on our Human Resources team as a Senior Compensation Analyst. You’ll assist in the design, development, execution and communication of company compensation programs, tools and processes. Responsibilities: • Evaluate positions using standard job evaluation techniques • Conduct equity analyses both internal and external • Present written recommendations based on analysis and budgetary considerations, and maintain department log to document requests and outcomes • Conduct large-scale market studies, creating cost-effective solutions and presenting proposals to department management • Complete and submit relevant salary surveys • Assist in preparing budget estimates for survey expenses • Compose and revise job descriptions from data received from managers, incumbents, third parties and knowledge of the company’s policies and culture • Work with HRIS to ensure updates regarding compensation-related HR data in the system of record • Assist in the management of the annual performance evaluation and merit increase process • Manage the annual update of medical center salary structures based on analysis of benchmark survey data • Assist with education, training and quality audit activities to ensure compliance with current Joint Commission Human Resource Standards • Serve as an expert resource to others in the department and throughout the medical center, providing advice and consultation to management regarding pay decisions and compensation guideline interpretation • Review and recommend changes to compensation policies and procedures.
