The Program Coordinator manages the financial, administrative, and HR functions of the Political Theory Project (PTP), as well as events, marketing, and communications. The Program Coordinator serves as a direct link to Brown Offices including the Dean of the Faculty, Advancement, PAUR, the Controllerâ??s Office, and OSP. The PC assumes all day-to-day decision-making, oversees the PTP Administrative Assistant, and is human resources point person for all PTP affiliated members: Postdocs, Visiting Scholars, Faculty Associates, and student research assistants.
â?¢ Bachelorâ??s degree with 2-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and expertise.
â?¢ Previous experience in higher education preferred
â?¢ Financial experience, grant management
â?¢ Excellent communication skills
â?¢ Ability to interact with wide variety of people
â?¢ Supervision experience preferred
