We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Product Development Manager.
Lead and manage large scale complex global strategic change programmes and business transformations with the business and delivery partners
Deploy Business Transformation Frameworks within Global Liquidity and Cash Management Cards and instilling good programme disciplines within their programme and across Global Liquidity and Cash Management and the HSBC Group
Has end to end responsibility for all aspects of the programme, including definition, controlling, execution, change management and implementation
Actively manages and coordinates the programme plan/roadmap, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits
Proactively determine, analyse and identify process performance metrics and measurements and dictates improvement plans to track and drive on time delivery and adherence to budget
Responsible for effective handover to the business to support effective benefits realisation
Work closely with the Regional Business Heads, Portfolio Managers and Global Change Delivery, Transformation, teams to ensure alignment of their programme with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours
Solid knowledge on the Financial Technology and Emerging Payments Technology space
Working knowledge of Business Transformation Framework processes and related artefacts
Experienced in the area of Cash Management and or Treasury Management
Possess strong payments and clearing product knowledge
Proven self starter and able to work independently with minimal guidance in meeting tight deadlines
Ability to manage fairly large and complex projects
Effective at engaging different stakeholders
