We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Product Manager Payments .
Execute the product development and commercialisation strategies to extend the cash management product portfolio propositions
Enhance HSBC profile and market share as a prominent cash management player in Hong Kong
Focus on the assigned product solutions in Hong Kong
Work closely with the regional teams and different functional teams across local and regional Global Liquidity and Cash Management teams to ensure a consistent and comprehensive positioning of our approach to the market
Develop close working relationships with the product managers in the domestic markets as well as Global Liquidity and Cash Management Sales and Relationship Managers to promote and assist in the development of solutions that meet market needs
Undertake various analysis to facilitate product reviews, client segmentation and other product management initiatives aimed at fostering the efficiency and productivity of the team in their product management duties
Solid years of work experience in banking, preferably in cash management, market or client facing banking functions
Proven experience in product management, operations, process improvements or project management disciplines
Practical knowledge in solution sales and implementations are highly desirable
Strong team player, highly motivated with an achievement oriented approach to business
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
Strong communication skills and fluency in English is expected
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
