Responsible to the Executive Director for Community Health Centers for the overall leadership and administration, personnel, financial, and operating results of the Johnson City Community Health Center and its satellite clinics; maintains responsibility for strategic planning, practitioner needs analysis, financial performance/monitoring of profit and loss, assisting in the development of community alliances, access and the deliver of service; providing leadership, direction, and administration of operations to ensure compliance with HRSA and established objectives; assuring the pursuit of quality, economical health care services; developing annual budget and administering operating expenditures; developing and implementing operational policies; recommending personnel needs; developing short and long-range goals; and, performing other related duties as assigned.

Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Health Care field; RN or Advanced Practice Nurse; 3-5 years of management, leadership or administration experience in a healthcare setting; must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively; and show evidence of successful leadership skills and administrative/supervisory experience.
