The VA Center of Excellence in Primary Care Education (VA CoEPCE) is seeking a Research Assistant I to provide support for investigators and research staff conducting an evaluation of this innovative educational program. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Research Supervisor to oversee the collection and entry of program-related surveys, learner evaluations and research support tasks.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: 1. Bachelor's Degree in the social sciences, public health or education; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Proven experience supporting a research project. 3. Proven experience developing and maintaining Access/Excel databases and conducting quantitative data analyses in the education field. 4. Familiarity with the IRB submission and review process.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Six years of related work experience, four of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and high school level education; or four years of related work experience and an Associate's degree; or little or no work experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
