The Administrative Associate IV is an integral part of the Facilities & Operations team, responsible for providing day to day office management, supervision of student worker staff, and ongoing secretarial support for the Construction Project Manager and Facilities Coordinators. This position also works and assists with budget reports, special projects, data management and card access.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Four years of experience in general office or clerical work.
