This position serves to support the Administrative staff at 360 Youth Services. Responsible for maintaining all aspects of paperwork for new and existing employees; supporting staff and clients as the first line interaction with clients. Assists the CEO in board and staff communication.
Human Resources & Administrative:
Preparing new employee & volunteer files
Conducting reference checks for potential new hires
Conducting new employee & volunteer orientation
Maintaining employee & volunteer files
Maintaining necessary employee paperwork for DCFS compliance & assisting with quarterly/annual DCFS compliance audits
Maintaining agency phone list & email distribution list
Setting up all new employees with proper phone & IT access
Order business cards and name tags for employees
Benefit plan communication, enrollment and administration
Sorting agency mail
Answering main phone line & greeting agency guests
Order office supplies for administrative building
Performing other office and human resource tasks as requested
Assist the Chief Executive Officer with:
Meeting invitations to staff
Coordinate, design and distribute monthly board & staff email
Schedule & assist with set up of quarterly staff meetings
Schedule & assist with staff engagement invitations and meetings
Administrative tasks related to special events
Various other board & staff communications
Other tasks as requested
