We invite you to become part of a team that delivers exceptional clinical care. McLean Hospital is seeking to fill a half-time staff psychologist position in the 3 East outpatient DBT program. McLean Hospital's 3East Intensive DBT continuum of services has grown. What began six years ago with a single intensive residential program now spans 29 intensive and step down beds, a linkage to our special education Arlington School, a full partial hospital, a dedicated outpatient clinic, and growing training and research portfolios. The position offers an opportunity for a psychologist with interest in borderline personality disorder, DBT and related evidence-based treatments. By meeting HMS teaching responsibilities, the candidate will be proposed for a concurrent academic appointment as an Instructor in Psychology, part time in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
Candidates must have a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program, have completed an APA-accredited internship, and be licensed as a Psychologist HSP in the state of Massachusetts. Qualified individuals must have clinical experience with dialectical behavior therapy for borderline personality and related disorders, and family therapy.
