Lambs Farm is seeking an ICF Co-Manager/Case Manager to help assist the Residential Manager in supervising personnel and oversee the daily operations of the ICF as well as Program planning, and maintenance of the building and the scheduling of staff. Additional responsibilities include, overseeing inspections in compliance with state standards, provide necessary training, and offering direct care and assistance with activities of daily living as needed. As part of your duties, you will act as a liaison with guardians, families and friends and aid in resolution of financial and insurance matters. Applicant is responsible for Participant advocacy at health, psychiatric and counseling appointments.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field, as well as one year of experience, working with the developmentally disabled population. A QIDP Certification is required within one year of employment and obtain your DSP Certification within 120 days of employment. One must also complete all necessary training courses and certification courses within 120 days of employment. You must be able to pass criminal background checks, fingerprinting and drug screening. Position requires a valid driver’s license and insurance, with a good driving record.
