Education/Licensure: Completion of an accredited program and current state licensure as either Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner based upon program designated required specialty needs.
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required.
May require training related to occupational safety and health, environmental compliance, shipping of hazardous materials and/or ionizing radiation.
Research and experience with HIV infected populations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Skill in consulting with patients and families.
Ability to stay current in emerging technology, best practices and techniques.
Excellent communications and time management skills.
