Nursing Clinical Supervisor – Pediatrics (NYS RN License Required)

As a member of the nursing leadership team, and in collaboration with the Pediatric Nurse Leaders:
Provide administrative, clinical and educational support to Pediatric Nurses and Nursing Support staff to ensure safe, efficient operations for the delivery of high quality patient care throughout the pediatric patient care continuum
Contribute to an environment that is centered on the needs of patients and families by functioning as a liaison between administrators, educators, and clinicians (on various shifts) to ensure seamless quality patient care
Support an environment of feedback and drive staff engagement
NYS RN License/Registration
BSN; Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience including demonstrated leadership experience
Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse (CPHON), BCLS, PALS and Pediatric Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider
Hours: 12 hour flex night shifts with weekend rotation.
