Schedule: Per Request Needed
Responsible for delegated direct or indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech language pathologist or other licensed/registered clinicians. Duties include treatment set-up and take-down, patient scheduling, charge reconciliation, filing, supply management, stocking supplies, tracking data, equipment maintenance and cleaning. The Rehab Technician SR provides mentoring to less experience Rehab Technician staff and volunteers.
Minimum Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Two years of rehab experience in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit
- Knowledge of medical terminology Basic computer skills
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.
