Design, review and implement Credit Administration structure and procedures
Manage the Credit Administration team to work on monitoring of credit facility utilization and ensure proper approval is obtained for excesses, overdue and exceptions
Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures that are related to credit administration processes
Follow up with business units and Risk Management Group for adjustment of overdue and rectification of exceptions/irregularities
Prepare and review the MIS reports; follow up of exceptions by escalating to all concerned parties for informed decision making
Drive on-going development and enhancement on credit-related systems to facilitate effective credit administration and compilation of timely and accurate management information
Participate in projects on development of new products and enhancement of related systems
Support Division Head to manage the operational risk of the team
Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of experience in credit administration of which 5 years in supervisory level
Require broad knowledge of various credit products and banking procedures
Familiar with the requirements of credit risk management as well as banking regulatory reports
Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Independent, initiative and with excellent communication, inter-personal, organizational and analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
