The Global Senior Implementation Manager is responsible for the client relationship throughout the implementation process and is the single point of contact for the client during that phase. He/she is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and value of the services and solutions are delivered to clients in a timely and efficient manner. He/she works closely with internal stakeholders such as Origination & Client Coverage (OCC), Channels Management, Sales, Product Management, Operations, Customer Service Group, Legal, Compliance etc to ensure the client's requirements are met and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the on boarding phase.
He/she could be involved in supporting the RFP process and actively engaged in solution design, participate in client workshop and presentations.
The Global Senior Implementation Manager - manages the Implementation & Client Management projects of the relevant segments including Cash Management, Trade, Financial Supply Chain, Custody and Security Services. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the projects encompass quality, utilization of the project management tools, consistency and value of the services and solutions delivered to clients. He/she works in partnership with internal stakeholders such as OCC, Channel, Sales, Product, Operations, Client Service Group, Legal & Compliance etc to deliver Tier 1 client requirements and to drive product / channel agendas. The role holder is responsible for all aspects of project management. He/she manages the project progress, deliverables, project milestone keeping stakeholder informed of blockages and obstacles. He/she is responsible for monitoring, recording and updating project progression within the Implementation iPROMPT system.

Lead Channels roll out campaigns

Smooth handover to TBCM
Respond to issues/requests escalations raised by clients for post implementation setups
Provide advice to the client post implementation
Develop additional solutions for the client.

Qualifications and Skills
10 years of Financial Industry experience or similar work experience.
Complete client implementation within the agreed timelines.
Meet key milestones agreed with the client
Utilize Project Management Tools
Complete implementation within budget

Communicates implementation progress to Stakeholders
Provide consultative support to clients on best practices
