<p><strong>Charlotte Eye Ear Nose and Throat Associates</strong> has provided services to the greater Charlotte area for over 90 years. We have 39 ENTs, 18 locations providing audiology services and 26 audiologists. Our audiology department is particularly well suited for a 4th year externship. We provide a wide variety of audiology services for all ages. Our staff includes from more recent graduates to clinicians with over 30 years experience. Our fast paced clinic provides the real world experience in an evidence based practice that will thoroughly prepare students for employment and to excel in the field.</p><p>Our Rotation Track is a structured experience including CI, Electrophysiology (Ped ABR, adult ABR, EcOG, OAE, ENG/VNG), Pediatrics and TRT. Students have basic diagnostic and hearing aid duties throughout their time with us. While our main location at our Fairview address will be their primary site, there will be some rotations through the satellite locations to give the externs a taste of the experience of a smaller ENT office. They will be assigned a year-long community project, a clinic project and have shorter term rotation projects in addition to clinic duties. We take four externs for this track.</p>CEENTA Audiology holds monthly department meetings along with CEU events. We also strongly encourage participation in NC-AAA functions. CEENTA provides Grand Rounds CEU opportunities in our associated fields of allergy, ENT, voice and swallowing, and vision and eye related subjects that are open to all staff.
