In this role, the Adminiatrator will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to support to a senior level executives. Support Head of Sales, Americas, GIS, Bank Sales, CP Sales, Corporate's, TBFX Sales and Commodity Sales and their teams by providing them with effective and efficient support and ensuring that all their administrative needs are met on a daily basis.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
General Responsibilities: * Liaising with the out of toen emplyees to ensure that Management has everything they need for their stay here in the US, presentations; breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations * Arrange and manage reservations for sales and trading staff * Coordinate Conference Calls/Video Conference's and arrange Dial-ins. * Supporting 3 Managing Directors's and their teams. * Raiising: Requests for any additional access to any applications/systems that Sales might require
Regulatory & Business conduct * Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. * Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. * Lead the US / FM / Admin team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: The Right Environment. * Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have 5+ years Executive Assistant experience supporting a C-Level executive Strong organizational skills Excellent computer skills Willing to adapt to energetic and fast changing responsibilities Strong communications and interpersonal skills College grad preferred
