Reporting to Manager, Backend and Recovery team
To be a dedicated Debt Collection Agency Officer, handle customer request, resolve various customer feedback and negotiate with customer on default payment
Assist to manage DCA performance, conduct regular on site audit and ensure operational assurance
Execute collection strategies in order to manage an acceptable level of credit loss and maximize recovery return through in house collection action, agency management, bankruptcy handling and legal proceedings.
Ensure both operations must be complied with the Code of Banking Practice and the Bank's Key Control Standards
Assist manager to ensure good control mechanisms are in place and to ensure satisfactory audit clearance and operational assurance
Qualifications and Skills
Solid working experience in Customer Services and Collection areas
Basic knowledge regarding the credit cycle
Knowledge in Bank's operational process and systems
Good English written skill is preferred
Fluent speaking in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skill
Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
