OneGuard is a brand of American Home Shield and is located in North Phoenix - 85027. Candidates must be flexible to be scheduled an 8-hour shift, M-F from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m and flexible to be scheduled a shift during the weekend.
Job Responsibilities 1. Educate customers on the advantages of choosing OneGuard instead of the competition. 2. Accept inbound customer calls and provide repair service by issuing work-orders to contractors for covered home warranty items. 3. Assist customers by answering home warranty questions and explaining coverage. 4. Follow-up with customers and contractors to ensure that service is performed in a timely manner, and with OneGuard's high standard of quality. 5. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. 6. Learn and exhibit a solid understanding of our various warranty plans and options. 7. Other duties as required.
Job Requirements 1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 2. 1+ years of customer service or related experience. 3. Must be a relationship-builder with an ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment. 4. Outstanding communication is required. 5. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 7. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
