The Division of Rheumatology's Scleroderma Program is seeking an up to 40 hour/week addition to our research team to assist in coordination of a variety of observational studies, investigator-initiated clinical studies, and NIH funded trials. This is NOT a laboratory position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Screening and recruiting patients for observational research studies.
- Direct interaction in a clinic setting with patients, including administration of survey instruments.
- Data entry and management, including developing a process to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data capture and reporting. This will include data entry of confidential clinical information.
- Coordinate subject recruitment and keep up-to-date patient tracking records for multiple ongoing studies.
- Must be comfortable working with patients.
- Computer proficiency required (Microsoft Word, Access, Excel).
- Highly motivated, organized, autonomous person with excellent multi-tasking ability and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and good interpersonal skills.
- Desire to be a part of and grow with the Scleroderma Team.
