Hospice of the Northwest (part of Skagit Regional Health) is seeking an outstanding ARNP to join our growing hospice team. Hospice of the Northwest is proud to have earned Modern Healthcare's 100 Best Places to Work in 2016. Our collegial team works collaboratively to provide whole-person care for patients and their families.
To provide excellent end-of-life care with the hospice interdisciplinary team, which includes physicians, RN's, MSW's, Spiritual Counselors, Health Aids and Volunteers.
* Full time: 3 days/week: 0.6 FTE 8am - 5pm. Evening and weekend telephone call shared with physicians.
* Relocation assistance
* Experienced, collegial support staff
* Provide symptom management, assessments and regulatory face-to-face visits in patients' place of
* Serve as a resource for other team members for end-of-life care concerns
* Two years of nursing experience in hospice or palliative medicine is strongly preferred. Experience in
oncology, gerontology, kidney dialysis or intensive care is helpful.
* Washington State ARNP license and controlled substance license
