The College of Environmental Design (CED) operates three academic departments Ã± Architecture, City and Regional Planning, and Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning Ã± conferring both undergraduate and graduate degrees. CED has 55 full-time and 35 part-time teaching faculty, 44 career staff, and over 1,000 students. The operations of the College are financed with state funds, gifts and endowments, professional masterÃs level program revenue, and other revenue sources in an amount roughly totaling $18,000,000 annually. The Department of Architecture is the largest of the three departments with 30 full-time and 32 part-time teaching faculty, 5 career staff, and over 570 students, 180 of which are graduate students, and an annual budget of approximately $9,000,000. The Graduate Student Advisor will work collaboratively with the chair/dean, faculty, staff, and various committees toward the common objective of helping graduate students achieve their educational goals.
