Ã¯ Administers a defined operational program or activities which may include some of the following functions: facilities, space planning, promotion to outside groups, financial transactions, informational technology, and safety. Ã¯ Functions as a resource on issues such as researching complex event scheduling and planning and facilities usage, escalated customer service problems and vendor concerns. Ã¯ Establishes methods to create and maintain invoicing of room rentals to outside groups;develops standards and procedures for billing and invoicing, payment options, notification methods, and payment reconciliation, including recharges for campus department usage. Ã¯ Gathers and analyzes resource data; prepares reports or analyses of operational activities, evaluation of current and proposed services, etc., for internal/external constituencies' review and decision-making. Ã¯ Oversees the development and revision of standard operating procedures and guidelines. Conducts trends analyses and develops resulting recommendations. Ã¯ Oversees safety protocols; works with Director of Operations and Facilities Manager to ensure that facilities are used in accordance with campus safety policies; distribute keys and assign card key clearance access. Distribute parking passes to official Law School guests in accordance to established procedures and campus protocols.
Ã¯ Participates in the implementation of enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Ã¯ Documents database operations and design as well as maintains up-to-date information in the EMS database.Ã¯ Working knowledge of common campus-specific and other computer application programs, in particular of enterprise-level database systems. Ã¯ Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing. Ã¯ Ability to work independently as well as on a team. Ã¯ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ã¯ Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
