Manages small portfolio of annual fund prospects (up to 40) Ã¯ Conducts outreach to identify, cultivate and solicit prospects

Drafts informational and marketing materials for review for assigned programs Ã¯ Assists in developing informational and promotional materials for a range of engagement activities to be used subsequently in written documents, social media, and verbal delivery Ã¯ Maintains Alumni Center calendar that integrates events, direct response marketing, and key communication activities Ã¯ Assists in preparation of the Alumni Center quarterly presentation to the Boalt Hall Alumni Association Ã¯ Sends communications, such as pitch letters Ã¯ Conducts ongoing desk and in-person research on alumni, friends, corporations, and foundations to identify volunteer leaders and donor prospects Ã¯ Coordinates work of support staffÃ¯ Working knowledge of alumni relations, volunteer management, fundraising, donor relations and public relations concepts, principles, procedures and techniques.
