Bachelor degree and minimum 5+ years of related civil/mechanical construction experience, OR an Associate's degree with 10+ years of related civil/mechanical constructions experience, OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and minimum 15+ years of industrial construction experience is required.
Prior experience in a chemical plant environment, with construction or maintenance experience is preferred
Familiarity with EHS and applicable construction safety regulatory standards
Understanding of construction techniques and practices
Extensive knowledge of quality control techniques and their application in the construction industry
Demonstrated experience managing non-technical phases of construction (e.g., planning and scheduling, receiving and handling systems etc.)
Experience must be related to civil and/or mechanical construction or maintenance
This position requires all candidates to either currently possess or obtain and maintain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
