Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The College of Business Career Services Office at Iowa State University is currently seeking applicants for a newly created Customer Relations, Reporting and Administrative Coordinator. This position will be responsible for: building and maintaining working relationships with external recruiters, students, and visitors to the Career Services Office; preparing, reviewing and analyzing various reports for accreditation standards, annual reports, learning outcome and rankings; and managing the departmental budgets and financial transactions.
The successful candidate will possess an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; a positive attitude; and the ability to work independently as well as on a team.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience totaling more than 4 years unless otherwise specified under supplemental required education and experience. Experience must be at a comparable level and directly related to the duties of this position.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience working in a high traffic office;
- Experience with preparing, reporting and analyzing data;
- Experience with budget development and account reconciliation;
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, use of pivot tables, and formulas
